Burchell’s Zebra is a southern subspecies of the plains zebra. The tail of Burchell Zebra’s are only bristly at the end, and the body distinctly white. The dorsal line is narrow and becomes gradually broader in the hinder part, distinctly margined with white on each side. Zebra live on the wide open, and are difficult to stalk. They tend to bolt at the first sign of danger, this makes the approach very challenging. While stalking zebra, be prepared for a quick long shot, and long shots.
